Secretarial and Typing Services are charged at an hourly rate of £14.00. There is a minimum charge of one hour for all assignments and thereafter in multiples of 15 minutes.

You may ask the question, "How much work can be achieved in 60 minutes?" 
As a simple guideline:
3 single page A4 letters.
Text Processing (simple layout) – 2,000 words.
Audio Transcription – ¼ hour speaking time

Additional Services:
CD - Your work can be copied to a CD at a cost of £3.00/CD.
Email - Work can be returned to you via email, without charge. (subject to file size) 
Postage – Postage will be charged at cost.
Printing - Mono £0.15 / page     Colour  £0.50 / page
These printing costs are applicable to printing on standard white paper (100gsm). Other options are available on request.

Design services are charged at an hourly rate of £25.00.
All prices exclude VAT - chargeable at 17.5%
